Do you take insurance?

I do not currently accept insurance, however, I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I can help you walk through this process. If you wish to utilize this option, please consult with your insurance provider to discuss reimbursement rates as these can vary depending on your specific plan and deductibles.

Are you seeing clients in person?

Yes. I am currently seeing clients out of both of my offices in Newport Beach and Mission Viejo, CA.

Do you offer phone/online therapy (telehealth)?

Yes! Life is busy, I get it. And sometimes it can be difficult to carve out more time to be seen in person. If you choose this option, we can set up video sessions on a HIPAA secured video platform. Feel fee to contact me to explore what options work best for you.

I am currently seeing clients both in person and online.

What is the cost of a session?

Individual Sessions: $180 for a 50 minute session.

Extended Session: $240 for 90 minute session.

I have a limited amount of sliding scale spots available for those with financial hardship.

What is your cancellation policy?

All sessions need to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, otherwise you will be charged the full session fee.

How long does therapy last?

The duration of therapy varies greatly from person to person depending on the issues you are hoping to address. It is my goal to get you to a place where you feel secure, empowered, and equipped to maintain your progress independently.
