It’s time to start making yourself a priority.

A Little About Me.

Hey there, I’m Tina, and I’m glad you’re here. As a therapist and someone who has had to work though my own trauma, I know how hard it can be to make the decision to not only come to therapy, but to stick it out. Good news is, you’ve already taken the first step! It is my passion to help women find it within themselves to develop the insight, compassion and tools to live a life of joy, fulfillment and authenticity.

After graduating with my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, I spent the early part of my career serving women, children and families recovering from complex trauma, substance abuse, homeless and domestic violence. It was here that I developed my passion for working with women in all stages of life. More often than not, I would hear women talk about the false messages they carried; that they were “unworthy”, a “failure”, “too much” or “not enough”. It became clear this messaging, often rooted in childhood experiences, governed the relationship we have with ourselves, our families, our career, and our relationship with others. I have made it my goal to empower women to identify and compassionately challenge those beliefs to equip them with the tools needed to build healthy, balanced and meaningful lives, fulfilling careers, and satisfying relationships with others.
